We manage recruiting 100%, getting lovers, haters, and everyone in between into live recorded video interviews. No lie, this is a grind and it's where many teams fall apart attempting to gather data. We've developed a multi-step process that yields results. You offer a modest incentive for their participation (say, a $50 gift card to Amazon). We do the rest.

How many customer interviews does it take to start seeing insights?
Our free trial alone will deliver value. Real magic begins unfold around the ten interview mark, but twenty is where statistical significance starts to break loose and you can begin banking on the trends. Many of our clients have trend data across hundreds of interviews, but you'll see trends and actionable insights earlier than you might expect.
What is onboarding like and how long will it take?
We schedule a one hour kick off call to introduce you to our platform and customer recruiting and interview plan. We try to do kickoff within 48hrs of sign up. And if you can provide contacts to us from your CRM, we can be off and running within a day. We take onboarding and time to value very seriously and often times are working against major initiatives within the organization.
Can multiple team members log into the platform?
Yes. We don't charge by the seat. Any number of team members can log in and see everything from trends to the raw data underpinning them.
What if we don't hit our monthly interview number?
Some months we interview a few more, some months a few less, depending on the number of contacts you can provide. We do a rolling three month look back to ensure we're keeping our promise to you as it relates to number of interviews. If it seems the number is trying to creep higher, we'll have a conversation with you about leveling up your plan.
What is the competitive intelligence package?
With our Team and Pro plans, we take additional time with each customer interview to explore the competition. We aggregate the competitive intelligence from every conversation and provide a battle card for each competitor. You'll learn key things about your competitors directly from customer interactions.
What is the pricing intelligence package?
With our Pro plan, we take additional time with each customer interview to explore pricing. The conversation around pricing unfolds in ways that provide excellent insights and we take additional time to organize the pricing elements into price specific insights.
